About

Welcome to ‘The Popcorn Panel’ a passion project by film lover and TV connoisseur Alex Cearns. Here you’ll find Alex’s reviews of movies, TV shows, and streaming binges, rounded out with guest scores from other film fanatics. She also shares her reviews each week in Have A Go News and you can catch Alex’s ‘Popcorn Panel’ segment live on The Couch TV show (aired on Foxtel) every month.

    • A review can take her ten minutes to write or two hours!
    • On average, she reviews a film or  TV show every 1.3 days.
    • She gets a kick out of dissecting movies with fellow film buffs and loves that her reviews are just her opinions, and those of others may differ.
